Confusion Says

RMA’ing My Graphics Card

Wow…it has been a while since my last blog post, so I will just jump back in.

I am a very big advocate of RMA’ing tech products that are defective. Just the other day my graphics card decided it didn’t want to play nice anymore. I did an RMA on the card. Now I have to wait 2-4 weeks to get the card back. In the meantime, I can’t use that PC because it has Windows Vista Home Premium on it with no integrated graphics.

I now understand fully why people just buy a new component rather than RMA the card.

Anyone have any other experiences with RMA services they would like to share?
